40 Years at the Heart of Québec’s International Action

In 1967, the Government of Québec created a department responsible for Québec’s international relations. To celebrate this anniversary, the Minister of International Relations, Monique Gagnon-Tremblay, tabled a motion on May 31st that was immediately adopted by the National Assembly.
