International Policy: Québec’s diplomats take stock
The annual meeting of Québec’s main international representatives was held in Montreal and Québec City in October 2006. Agenda items included foreign investment prospecting, the government’s sustainable development plan, regional international initiatives and the implementation of Québec’s International Policy.
