Québec and New York intensify cooperation against terrorism and criminality

Québec and New York State signed an agreement on April 15 aimed at strengthening the struggle against terrorism and criminal activity. The agreement was signed in Québec City at the conclusion of a working meeting attended by Jacques P. Dupuis, Québec’s Minister of Justice and Public Safety, and Michael Balboni, New York State’s Deputy Secretary for Public Safety.
