The training and exchange programs offered by the Office Québec-Amériques pour la jeunesse (OQAJ) are aimed at helping young people aged 18 to 35 develop their skills and at favouring young people’s vocational and personal development.

The Office Québec Wallonie Bruxelles pour la jeunesse (OQWBJ) offers a variety of individual and group fieldwork programs that enable young people aged 18 to 30  or 35 ( according to the programs) to take part in an international initiative directly related to their field of studies or profession or aligned with their community involvement.

The Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse (OFQJ) offers vocational stays designed to develop the skills and talents of young people aged 18 to 35 and expose participants to different cultures.
