The Ministère des Relations Internationales consists in four main sections composed of several divisions and the personnel under the authority of the deputy minister:

• Analysis and policies
• Bilateral Affairs and Francophonie
• Protocol, Missions and Events
• Corporate Services

Under the authority of the Minister, a network of partner organizations also supports the action of the department.
